Preparations are now underway for

The Compleat Courtier 

 In keeping with our mandate, and in the hopes of instilling enthusiasm among young people about history, this year we are tailoring our production towards children in elementary schools grades 4, 5, 6 & 7.  We plan to offer “The Compleat Courtier”, a combination of  daytime workshops and evening Soirée set in the Renaissance period, to schools and low-income community groups in the Lower mainland. 

We have taken great care to design this program to offer a taste of classical thought, social conventions, art and culture from the early 17th century.  The multidisciplinary component of this project utilizes the expert skills of our directors of dance, music and costume.  The wealth of experience and wisdom of our company will nurture and inspire the students to engage in these activities in creative, imaginative and collaborative ways.
